The award-winning Australian design practice, Group GSA Architects, has designed a vibrant and welcoming new headquarters for Cbus Super, one of Australia’s leading industry super funds. The tenancy is situated in Melbourne’s bustling business district and reflects the values of the Cbus Super brand. The fitout is organic in its approach to design, incorporating circular motifs throughout to create a sense of familiarity and calm. High acoustic ratings were achieved through the use of acoustic spray on the top of the stairwell and on the underside of the treads. Additionally, high-grade acoustic ceilings, barriers, and insulation were used to enhance privacy and user experience in all meeting rooms.

The Softscape Lounge, part of the broader Softscape collection, is a key feature of the fitout. The lounges support both collaboration and the need for secluded focus, with each piece crafted with exemplary attention to detail, and exuding luxurious authenticity. Mobile, modular, reconfigurable, and versatile, the Softscape collection promotes the happiness of individuals and the dynamism of teams as the basis for sustained productivity.
